The Turin Gallatin DB Dual Boiler Espresso Machine with PID is a high-performance, prosumer-grade semi-automatic espresso machine engineered for home baristas and coffee connoisseurs who demand absolute control over their extraction process. Housed in a striking 8K mirror-finish stainless steel body with premium black walnut wood accents, this machine delivers café-quality performance while serving as a centerpiece for any advanced specialty coffee setup.

At the core of the Gallatin DB is its independent dual-boiler system, featuring a dedicated 1-liter brewing boiler and a separate 1-liter steaming boiler. This configuration allows for simultaneous espresso extraction and high-velocity milk steaming without any temperature compromise or recovery lag time. Temperature management is governed by an advanced Dual PID system, allowing users to independently fine-tune the heat profile of each boiler via a crisp digital display screen. This display also provides a built-in shot timer, preinfusion adjustments, and standby or eco-mode timers to lower energy consumption when idle.

Brewing consistency is anchored by the commercial-standard E61 thermosiphon-heated grouphead, ensuring exceptional thermal stability from the boiler to the cup. For advanced puck saturation, the machine integrates a programmable and adjustable preinfusion system. Baristas can also dictate the extraction profile in real time utilizing the manual flow control paddle located directly on top of the grouphead, while monitoring changes on the integrated grouphead pressure gauge.

Equipped with a commercial-grade, Italian-made Fluid-o-Tech rotary pump, the Gallatin DB operates with a whisper-quiet footprint and offers outstanding pressure stability. A manual switching valve gives operators the freedom to run the machine off the massive 1.7-liter internal water reservoir or plumb it directly into a main water line. For ergonomics and tactile precision, the hot water tap and high-power 3-hole steam wand utilize locking joystick-style valves that are finished with solid walnut handles.
